As someone with gut issues, ginger is one of my favorite ingredients to use in my kitchen craft. I always order a house made ginger ale if it's on the menu at a restaurant. And the best part about ginger ale -- it's quite easy to make at home!

Make this recipe year round, for extra warmth in your gut. However, it shines especially during the warmer months, when the sun comes out to play. I'm enjoying this drink during the first sun-kissed days of spring, and I plan on making it the drink of my summer as well.
