Instructions
How to Make the Baked Brie with Honey & Cashews
Preheat your oven to
375°F (190°C)
.
Place the wheel of brie in a small oven-safe dish or on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Bake for
10–12 minutes
, until the brie is soft to the touch and just beginning to ooze in the center (be careful not to overbake).
Remove from the oven and immediately drizzle with honey.
Sprinkle generously with crushed cashews and a few thyme leaves.
Serve warm — this is best enjoyed right away while the center is luxuriously melty.
Assembling Your Whimsical Charcuterie Board
Place the baked brie near the center of your board, with the blueberry goat cheese slightly off to one side.
Gently fold or roll prosciutto into loose ribbons and arrange salami in small stacks or overlapping rows.
Place Granny Smith apples, tuck blackberries into open spaces, and scatter fig crackers nearby for easy pairing.
Use small bowls for olives and jam, then sprinkle toasted cashews throughout for texture.
Tuck sprigs of rosemary and thyme around the board, and scatter edible chamomile flowers for a soft, magical touch.
