Instructions

How to Make the Baked Brie with Honey & Cashews

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Place the wheel of brie in a small oven-safe dish or on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  • Bake for 10–12 minutes, until the brie is soft to the touch and just beginning to ooze in the center (be careful not to overbake).
  • Remove from the oven and immediately drizzle with honey.
  • Sprinkle generously with crushed cashews and a few thyme leaves.
  • Serve warm — this is best enjoyed right away while the center is luxuriously melty.

Assembling Your Whimsical Charcuterie Board

  • Place the baked brie near the center of your board, with the blueberry goat cheese slightly off to one side.
  • Gently fold or roll prosciutto into loose ribbons and arrange salami in small stacks or overlapping rows.
  • Place Granny Smith apples, tuck blackberries into open spaces, and scatter fig crackers nearby for easy pairing.
  • Use small bowls for olives and jam, then sprinkle toasted cashews throughout for texture.
  • Tuck sprigs of rosemary and thyme around the board, and scatter edible chamomile flowers for a soft, magical touch.
