Topping
⅔cupall purpose flour
⅔cuprolled oats
¼cupbrown sugar

½cupunsalted buttercold & cubed
1pinchculinary grade lavender
Instructions
Chop up the peaches and add all the filling ingredient. Cook the peaches over medium heat for a couple minutes.
Add all the dough ingredients into a bowl. Using your hands or a pastry cutter, work the cold butter into the filling until it gets to a doughy consistency.
Place little dollops of dough on top of the peach filling until the peaches are entirely covered. Sprinkle some brown sugar and lavender on top too.
