Ingredients
For the Crumble
½cuprolled oatsgluten free
¼cupalmond flour
2tbspchopped nuts of choiceI used cashews because that's what I had on hand!
2tbspbrown sugar
1.5tbspmelted butterunsalted
1dustground cinnamon
1pinchsea salt
1sprinklefresh or dried thyme
For the Filling
2cupsblackberries
1.5tbsphoney
1tspcornstarch
½tspvanilla bean paste
½tspfresh thyme leaves
1pinchsea salt

vanilla ice cream & honey
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350F
In a bowl, gently toss together the blackberries, honey, cornstarch, vanilla, lemon zest, lemon juice, thyme, and salt until evenly coated.
Transfer the mixture to a lightly greased small cast iron dish
In a separate bowl, combine the oats, almond flour, walnuts, brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt. Pour in the melted butter and stir until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
Sprinkle the crumble evenly over the blackberry filling.
Bake for 30-35 mins, or until the topping is golden brown and the blackberry filling is bubbling around the edges. Let cool for 10 minutes before serving.
