This sparkling elixir, infused with golden pineapple, cooling mint, crisp cucumber, and a splash of lime, is the perfect remedy after a sun-drenched trek through wildflower fields or a long afternoon tending potion herbs. This tonic is especially popular during the summer months, when the sun is high, the herbs are fresh, and hydration is key. It's a favorite among travelers, tavern guests, and garden witches alike—best enjoyed on hot afternoons or shared under starlit skies.

Ingredients

- fresh pineapple chunks (or 100% pineapple juice)
- cucumber
- fresh lime juice
- fresh mint leaves
- sparkling water
- ice
- optional: dried lime wheel (for garnish)
Instructions

- Blend the base: Add pineapple, cucumber, mint leaves, lime juice, and sweetener (if using) to a blender. Blend until completely smooth.

- Strain the juice: Pour the mixture through a fine mesh strainer or nut milk bag into a bowl or pitcher, pressing to extract all the liquid.

- Add sparkle: Fill a glass with ice, pour in the juice, and top with sparkling water. Stir gently.

- Garnish and serve: Finish with a mint sprig, cucumber ribbon, or dried lime for a touch of fantasy charm.
Hint: For an extra-refreshing twist, chill your ingredients (especially the pineapple and cucumber) before blending—and steep the mint in a bit of hot water for a minute or two to release more of its magical oils before blending it into your potion. It makes the flavor brighter and more herbaceous!
