Ingredients

  • ½ cup fresh cranberries
  • ¼ cup pomegranate seeds
  • 1 sprig fresh rosemary or 2-3 fresh basil leaves for a sweeter taste
  • ½ blood orange plus more for garnishing
  • 1 cup brewed hibiscus tea chilled
  • ½ cup sparkling or coconut water
  • 1-2 tsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1 small cinnamon stick
  • ice

Instructions

  • In a sturdy glass or mortar, muddle the cranberries, pomegranate, basil, and orange slices until the juices release.
  • Pour in the chilled hibiscus tea and honey (if using), and stir until blended.
  • Strain if you’d like a smoother potion, or leave it rustic with the muddled fruit.
  • Add ice and top with sparkling or coconut water.
  • Garnish with a basil leaf and floating cranberry.
