Ingredients
Morning Fire Tonic

cayenne pepper

apple cider vinegar

water
Turmeric Honey

cup
raw honey

tsp
turmeric powder

Instructions
Morning Fire Tonic
Grate about 1 tsp fresh ginger (or slice thinly).
To a pot of water, add ginger, lemon, apple cider vinegar, and cayenne. Let boil for 15 minutes.
Store in a large mason jar, reheat every morning.
Turmeric Honey
Stir turmeric and black pepper into raw honey.
Store in a small glass jar at room temperature.
Take ½–1 tsp after your tonic, or stir into warm water or tea.
