Let the crafting commence!

  1. Chop your vegetables!
  1. Pour 1 tbsp sesame oil in pot and then add whole onions, carrots, celery and then let sit for 10 minutes on low heat.
  1. Add 10-15 cups of water. Then add mushrooms, parsley, ginger, turmeric, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  1. Bring to a boil and then simmer for 2-3 hours.

Hint: For a richer, more flavorful broth, let it simmer low and slow for at least 3 hours, or even 4 if you have the time. The longer it brews, the deeper the flavors become! For an extra nutrient boost, add a splash of apple cider vinegar to help extract minerals from the veggies.
